Nonbinary And Gender-Fluid Couture Elopement Inspiration

Jen Sulak, visionary photographer behind Pink Light Images/Weirdo Weddings, joined forces with Julain, Holdy, and Bridal Global Expo to craft an avant-garde elopement shoot that defied traditional norms. This stunning collaboration took place at the picturesque Belvoir Winery, where bold colors like red, white, black, and gold served as a backdrop for a fusion of fashion and architecture.

To underscore the enduring love and bond between the couple, the creative team incorporated the ancient tradition of handfasting, imbuing the shoot with an air of timelessness.

Let’s start with Holdy’s gender-fluid couture ‘fit!

There was a hilarious moment when the couple’s styling choices resulted in them both being barefoot. It was an unexpected twist that they and everyone else couldn’t help but laugh at. Julain truly owned the situation! The photographer, Jen Sulak of Pink Light Images and Weirdo Weddings, captured it all perfectly. We completely agree with her assessment – they killed it! In our opinion, couples should feel confident in expressing themselves and allowing their natural beauty to shine through.

The wedding vendors behind this nonbinary and gender-fluid couture elopement inspiration:

The photographer behind this whimsical wedding shoot is Pink Light Images, in collaboration with Weirdo Weddings. The picturesque setting of Belvoir Winery provided the perfect backdrop for the couple’s special day. The bride’s stunning hat was designed by Fruition Hat Company, while her elegant dress was courtesy of Camille La Vie. Bringing everything together was Bridal Global Expo, the event planner extraordinaire.

To complete the look, Julain Mitchell II handled the makeup and modeling duties, donning a sleek black hat. Additional flair came from Fashion Nova’s accessories. And speaking of hats, Holdy Bee wore a bold red one to tie everything together.
