Moon Honey Photography, led by the talented Colin, had the privilege of capturing a truly unforgettable wedding at Water Works by Cescaphe in Philadelphia. As we gaze upon these breathtaking images, our jaws are still firmly dropped in awe. The standout style starts with Zev’s custom-made ox-blood red velvet suit – an unmistakable showstopper that demands attention.

Sarah, meanwhile, shines bright in her classically elegant white wedding dress, which is beautifully complemented by her striking tattoos. But the pièce de résistance is the matching Kalinga beaded necklaces worn by the happy couple. And if that’s not enough to leave you mesmerized, just wait until you lay eyes on their non-binary inclusive wedding cake topper – a thoughtful touch that truly makes this celebration one for the ages.

Zev’s mandarin-collared shirt is a nod to old family photos in the Philippines.

As Colin shared with us, their wedding planning journey didn’t revolve around a specific theme. However, they did have a clear vision in mind – to create a traditional wedding experience that felt authentic to who they are as a non-traditional couple. For them, it was essential to carve out space for themselves and others within a setting that often prioritizes white, cis-het couples.

Let’s look at those beautiful Kalinga beaded necklaces.
